I have been in the real estate profession since 1997, and began my career with Hubbard Realty here in Winston-Salem. When Coldwell Banker and Hubbard merged later that same year, our company became a driving force in the real estate market.
Having lived in the Winston-Salem area since 1977, my enthusiasm for our city is carried over into the relationships that I have formed with many of the folks that relocate to our area. I am a long standing member of Coldwell Banker’s “A Team” thru our extensive relocation department. This team is a highly organized group of individuals who meet very tough criteria in order to work with incoming transferees. I maintain my professional edge by attending yearly continuing education classes and supplemental skills classes through Coldwell Banker. Much of my business comes from the many buyers and sellers that refer me to their family and friends, which I am extremely thankful for.
One of my greatest assets is having an attitude of service to the buyers and sellers that I represent. My work reflects an attention to detail which has made me a leader and top producer in this area, not only for Coldwell Banker, but in the local real estate industry. In the Triad Business Journal, I was ranked one of the highest producers in the triad for the year 2006. One of the reasons for my continued success is the successful networking with other top agents and the builder community.
In 2005, I received the CB Top Agent Award for the most buyers closed. In 2006, I received the CB Top Agent award for the most listings sold. I have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since my first year in real estate. I am a member of Coldwell Banker’s President Elite, which is an honor given to only 3% of agents world wide. I maintain a strong work ethic and work full time to better serve my clients.
In 2003, my business had grown to the point that I needed help to maintain the levels of service my clientele had become accustomed to. Lane Young, who had previously worked at Hubbard Realty in new construction and land development joined up with me as a business partner. She is dedicated to our buyers and sellers and has a gift of service which is beneficial to our combined success. Her 19 years of experience with new construction has proved invaluable.
